It is an application prepared for the use of roadside assistance providers of AWP Servis Hizmetleri AŞ. Thanks to the application, it is aimed to digitally inform customers who request roadside assistance about the service they will receive. It cannot be used by anyone other than the roadside assistance providers and employees with whom AWP Services has an agreement.Thanks to the digital RSA mobile application, customers who request roadside assistance from AWP can learn when their towing vehicle is on the road, where it is, when it will reach them, and the name-surname and phone number of the officer using the towing vehicle. Photographs regarding the delivery of the captured vehicle to the service are uploaded to the application and AWP is provided with information about the service provided.
